Aberaeron Stud occasionally have horses for sale. We only sell Welsh cobs with kind temperaments, good conformation & length of rein, bold eyes & good feet. Trainability is an essential factor.
Most of stock has Pentre Eiddwen Comet, Nebo Black Magic, Brenin Dafydd, and/or Parc Welsh Flyer blood pumping through their veins. More recently, our stock have strong Derwen and Menai bloodlines, including one of our favourite stallions Menai Sparkling Imperial. These are essential elements to our idea of perfect Welsh cobs.

• We also occasionally have Welsh Part-Breds / Sport horses / coloured horses for sale. As with the cobs the aim to is to produce performance horses, with the emphasis on temperament, showing & eventing.
• Stage payments can be arranged.
• Foals can be bought 'in the uterus' or pre-booked.
• This site is constantly evolving, with youngstock coming through, check regularly for new developments about Welsh cobs.

• Tack, saddles, hay & haylage sometimes for sale.
• Since 1999 we only sell horses privately from home & do not sell at the Brightwells Welsh Pony and Cob sales.
